Seville mushrooms
Juan Fernández Rodríguez traveled to Madrid to meet with the Director General of Architecture, Emilio Larrodera, and the Director General of Fine Arts, Florentino Pérez Embid. Thanks to this, the building was declared a Historic-Artistic Monument of Local Interest in 1971,[3] which prevented its demolition. However, this figure of protection did not prevent the building from being remodeled on the inside. This refurbishment was carried out by José María Chapa y Galindo and Fernando Gómez Estern.[2] In the theater’s Hall of Honor, the theater was remodeled.
The theater’s Hall of Honor housed large mural paintings on green marble plinths from Italy. The murals were done by Francisco Hohenleiter Castro and depict the play «Los intereses creados» by Jacinto Benavente, El retablo de Maese Pedro (which covers chapters XXV and XXVI of the second part of Don Quixote by Cervantes and was turned into a puppet musical by Manuel de Falla) and a 17th century playhouse. [2] These murals were removed from the walls at the request of the Professor of Restoration Francisco Arquillo Torres, who moved them to the Faculty of Fine Arts of the University of Seville, to which they were donated, in the course of 1976-1977. Since then, they have been stored in the Restoration Area of that faculty.[2] The paintings have been in storage since then.

Su forma semicircular simboliza el abrazo de España a sus antiguas colonias y, de hecho, el complejo está orientado hacia el río, que es precisamente la ruta que se sigue para ir a América.
Un canal artificial de 500 metros de longitud bordea la zona interior. Este arroyo separa la zona central de un nivel superior, al que se accede pasando por cuatro puentes decorados con azulejos. Estos puentes representan los antiguos reinos de España.
Verás que las paredes tienen una serie de bancos, cada uno dentro de una zona diferente. Si se acerca, se dará cuenta de que cada uno de estos bancos está dedicado a una de las provincias españolas. Estas 48 provincias están ordenadas alfabéticamente y contienen el escudo, el mapa y representaciones de los logros y hechos históricos de cada región.
Además, en uno de los pisos superiores, podrá encontrar un conjunto de medallones con imágenes de personajes que han desempeñado un papel importante en la historia de España y que se nombran por orden cronológico, desde Séneca hasta Sorolla.

3. La habitación es limpia y segura (en un patio separado). Hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas peatonales alrededor. El apartamento es tranquilo por la noche. Nuestro tipo de habitación está en forma recta alrededor del patio interior. Un cuarto de baño es grande y no tiene ventanas, pero es muy limpio y sin olores. El dormitorio principal al lado es muy grande con puertas francesas y ventanas que dan al patio; la sala de estar del pasillo (con ventanas francesas en el patio interior) y el comedor son lo suficientemente grandes para acomodar a 4, 5 Personalmente, hay una pequeña cama en el otro extremo en el espacio abierto; hay una lavadora y nevera, y las instalaciones de la cocina son muy limpias y totalmente equipadas.
